It was snowing the other night. It was white all over. The
ground was covered in the goddamn stuff. All of the guys started horsing around
and had a goddamn snowball fight. I joined in for a little but I started to
lose breath real quick and the cold was sort of biting into my lungs. It was a
helluva lot of fun though, you know while it lasted. Really pretty too, all
that snow. Sometimes it’s nice to be a child once in a while. After the
snowball fight I just laid there all out of breath and covered in snow. The
other boys were still playing but I was just watching the snow fall down. I
thought about making a snow angel, just for the heck of it, but I was still
tired from the goddamn snowball fight and that would've been too childish.
